The Good Neighbour website is provided by Jo Conchie and local volunteers, aiming to help those who are self isolating and may be vulnerable and unable to leave the house.

This site collects and stores the personal data that you offer, including

For volunteers, we store if you have a DBS certificate, and how you can help. For those needing help we store extra details about the help needed.

This information is clearly sensitive information, and we will do everything we can to store it confidentially and securely.

If you wish to see or remove the information we have on you, you can contact us through the Volunteer page or via email.

This information is stored securely by a third party (Google) and accessed solely by Jo Conchie. Information on individual people needing help will be given to specific local helpers who we vet as well as we can in the circumstances.

Many of our admin team are involved in local politics. This is not a political crisis, and the information you provide will not be used for any political purposes. Information provided will be deleted after the end of the current crisis, we will post on the site to confirm that this has happened.
